Where do you ship?

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all Desktools orders. We have specialized, expedited logistics lanes established for our primary markets in the United States and the United Kingdom to ensure a seamless, premium delivery experience.

Where do your products ship from?

Every Desktools Table is designed, precision-machined, and hand-finished at our dedicated manufacturing studio in Chennai, India. By managing our own production and fulfillment, we maintain absolute quality control before your order is securely packaged and dispatched globally.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. For the UK and USA, standard complimentary delivery generally takes between 5 to 10 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its journey to your workspace.

Will I be charged import duties or customs taxes?

For our customers in the USA and UK, we strive to make the purchasing process as frictionless as possible. However, depending on local regulations, international shipments may occasionally be subject to standard customs duties upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Policies

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day workspace trial. If the Desktools Table does not perfectly elevate your workflow, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original, pristine condition and securely packed in its original custom packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

Simply contact our support team at support@desk.tools with your order number. We will provide you with the exact return shipping address and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Can I return my table because of the wood grain?

No. Every table is milled from solid Grade A teak, meaning no two pieces are exactly alike. Unique grain structures, color variations, and natural character marks are hallmarks of authentic wood and are not classified as manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on natural wood variations.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We package our products with extreme care to protect the aluminum framework and solid teak during global transit. In the rare event your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will immediately arrange a replacement.
